Personnel Standards

Western Eagle Security recognizes that selecting the right people for our client is critical. Western Eagle Security believes the key criteria must include

  • Strong communication skills
Personnel are trained in both security and customer service. Background checks and drug screens are completed on each officer including fingerprints to check for criminal history. Officers are subject to random drug tests.
Officers are fully screened and licensed (Pocket Card issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety) before being assigned to a customer
We maintain 24/7 supervision for all of our operations. Western Eagle Security prides itself for low turnover (average tenure is 4 years) due to the good screening of candidates of which many are referrals.
